Audrey and I put our hearts and souls into writing this book, and we are so grateful it is now available to share! Audrey and I are Canadian registered dietitians, and we have been working with clients with IBS for years. We both have low FODMAP blogs and help to run facebook FODMAP support groups. We are the first Canadian dietitians to publish a low FODMAP cookbook with a major publishing company.
I have first-hand experience living with IBS. I know what it’s like to live with horrible digestive symptoms and what a huge difference the low FODMAP diet can make.
Audrey’s private practice is named IBS Nutrition because she specializes in digestive health and helps clients with IBS feel better. She has completed the FODMAP training course by Monash University, the creator of the low FODMAP diet.
