Exciting Update – My Big Move!

September 29, 2018 by Lauren Renlund MPH RD

Hello friends!

It’s been very quiet on my blog and social media this month. There is an exciting reason I haven’t been online – I moved across Canada from London, Ontario to Edmonton, Alberta. I will be starting a new dietitian job this Monday! It’s a huge change but I’m super excited and already enjoying living in Edmonton.

I’ve found a new apartment and will be moving in soon. I’m excited to get settled and then start working on some new recipes. In October I will be sharing a new blog post written by one of my awesome volunteers about fall/autumn low FODMAP recipes – yum!

Please note that I am no longer accepting any new private clients. My Low FODMAP Snacks e-book is still available to purchase here. If you are Canadian and looking for digestive, FODMAP and/or IBS assistance, I highly recommend dietitians Audrey Inouye at www.IBSNutrition.com and Dana Weber at www.DanaWeberNutrition.com. Additionally, here is a list of dietitians who use the low FODMAP diet (Canada and US).

Hope you are having a lovely autumn!

Congratulations on your exciting news! I just found your website today. What a fantastic resource! So happy to find an RD with recipes for FODMAP patients. And a Canadian too:) I was diagnosed last Feb and 2 weeks ago switched to a plant-based diet. Thanks for all your wonderful evidence-based ideas and information and I hope you are enjoying the friendly people of Edmonton:)
