Low FODMAP Whipped Cream
Easy homemade low FODMAP whipped cream! Tastes super fresh and creamy, and way better than canned. Low FODMAP and gluten-free.
Servings 0 servings (for hot chocolate)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy whipping cream (must be at least 30% milk fat)
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
Place your bowl and whisk (or mixer) in the freezer for 5+ minutes to chill.
Pour cream into bowl. Whisk until soft peaks form (will take a couple minutes with a whisk).
Mix in sugar and vanilla. Whisk until stiff peaks form. Do not over-whisk.
Keep extra in the fridge for a day, or freeze.
