Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt Popsicles

A healthy popsicle recipe to help you cool off in warm weather. No blender needed so clean up is easy! You can use fresh or frozen fruit. Use a plastic popsicle mold if you have it. If not, use small paper cups (or shot glasses) and popsicle sticks or coffee stirring sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup Lactose-free plain yogurt

Instructions

  • Wash the berries. Remove the leaves from the strawberries. Dice the berries into small pieces.
  • Mash the berries in a bowl using a fork with the maple syrup. Stir in the yogurt.
  • Divide evenly between each popsicle mold. If using paper cups, cover each paper cup with tin foil or plastic wrap. Cut the popsicle or stir sticks in half. Poke the sticks through the centre of the tin foil/plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. Enjoy!
